"The past six months have been so awesome! Dave and I always wanted to build a custom home from the ground up, making decisions on everything. We are so pleased with Rick Mosier and Mike Dungan who formed a partnership to bring their ideas to Tipp City, by developing Fieldstone Place. We get to stay in Tipp City, with a great house, an open concept floor plan, with a smaller lot, and especially designed for us empty nesters. Rick, Mike, and all their contractors were a joy to work with, and we truly have enjoyed this experience and the outcome! With appreciation." -Karen and Dave
