Forged by the union of two storied home builders, Stonefield Custom Homes brings nearly a century of home building expertise to the Miami Valley. Rick Mosier, owner of Richard J Mosier Builders, is well known in the industry as a passionate, dedicated “hands-on” builder. Rick joins forces with Mike Dungan of JM Dungan Homes. Dungan Homes has been building custom luxury homes in Miami, Montgomery, and Greene counties since the late 1960's. The father-son team of Mike and Josh Dungan have a combined 65 years of homebuilding experience, representing the second and third generations of the Dungan home-building family.
